Good balance is one of the most important things we can maintain as we age — and these classes make it approachable and even enjoyable. Occupational Therapist Judy Greer (retired) leads four Tuesday morning sessions focused on balance confidence and fall prevention. The Balance Program runs two or three times a year at St. Paul's.
Spring 2026 series: Tuesdays in April through mid-May, with the final class on May 14, 2026. (A couple of dates shifted due to weather and rescheduling.) Watch this page and our newsletter for the next series.
- Understanding how good balance helps prevent falls
- Learning how to protect yourself if you do fall
- Gentle, guided practice in a welcoming group setting
- Light refreshments to follow each class
